1. Booking and Payments
All bookings made through LocalStayBooking are subject to availability.
Once you request a booking via WhatsApp, we will confirm the availability and the final price.
A partial or full advance payment may be required to secure your stay, depending on the specific homestay policy.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by homestay. Please confirm the specific cancellation terms at the time of booking.
In the event of a "No Show" (failure to arrive without notice), the advance payment will be non-refundable.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times must be followed. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) at the time of check-in at the homestay.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to respect the local culture and the property of the homestay owners.
Any damage caused to the property during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
5. Liability
LocalStayBooking acts as a platform to connect travelers with local homestays. While we verify our partners, we are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or theft during your stay.
We are not liable for any disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or road blockages in the Himalayan region.
6. Privacy
Your contact details shared via WhatsApp or our contact forms are used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except for the specific homestay you are booking.
7. Changes to Terms
LocalStayBooking reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
